During this workshop we’ll look at newsletters as editorial products and review all the different ways you can utilise them. We’ll then look at all the different considerations for making a successful newsletter, including growth and acquisition strategies, metrics and benchmarks, content and monetisation.
We’ll examine best practices from both big and small, national and local, traditional and new media outlets.

Ihre Trainerin:

Federica Cherubini is a specialist in audience engagement and audience-first strategies for news organisations, with ten years experience spanning major publishers, research institutes and editorial networks around the world.
She was formerly Engagement Manager at Hearken, an audience consulting company that helps newsrooms better listen to and engage with their stakeholders in order to build sustainability.
Federica specialises in devising and implementing new and improved ways of working, bridging people, disciplines, departments, projects and cultures. She was previously Audience Projects Editor at Condé Nast International and is a coach with the Membership Puzzle Project.
