Michael A. Jarlner is a journalist and commentator on foreign affairs, a member of the editorial board, and tech editor at Politiken, Denmark’s largest quality newspaper. He is a frequent commentator on Danish national TV and radio programmes and a contributor to outlets such as The Washington Post, France 24, and The Atlantic.
His previous positions at Politiken include Moscow correspondent, international editor, and editor-in-chief.
Michael A. Jarlner has co-authored several books, including Limits to God, Islam in Denmark, Iran – Reform or Revolution, From Welfare State to Surveillance State, and Surveillance at Work.
He holds an MSc degree in economics, specialising in mathematical modelling.
