Eunice Goes is a professor of politics, specialising in British party politics, British political thought and Britain’s relationship with Europe and European politics.

She teaches at Richmond, The American International University in London. The author of numerous academic articles Prof. Goes has recently published The Labour Party Under Ed Miliband: Trying But Failing to Renew Social Democracy.

Prior to her academic career, Eunice Goes was a journalist: she reported on the UK politics for the major Portuguese media. Currently, she blogs and contributs to TheConversation.com, LSE Democratic Audit, LSE Politics&Policy, LSE Europp, Political Insight and OpenDemocracy.net, Social Europe and is regularly invited as a panellist in the BBC programmes Dateline London and Weekend.
